European Cooperation
INTRODUCING ANFA
ANFA (National Association for Vocational Education and Training in the Automotive Services Sector) is a 75-year-old French association dedicated to Vocational Education and Training (VET) in the Automotive Services Sector, encompassing all vehicle-related activities after production (cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles).

Its main objective is to develop employment and training in the Automotive Services Sector in France, preparing the best workers for tomorrow’s needs. To this end, ANFA works closely with a network of more than 425 VET centers in France with learners in both school-based and apprenticeship pathways, with programs covering EQF levels 3 to 7, in 4 main job families (Maintenance, Bodywork, Trade, and Services).
EUROPEAN COOPERATION IN AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES VET
For more than 30 years, ANFA has actively promoted European mobility and cooperation in VET in the Automotive Services sector.
We believe that European mobility is a powerful driver of professional growth, transversal skills, and employability. It enhances the attractiveness of our sector and helps prepare learners and staff for the evolving needs of the Automotive Services sector.
European mobility opportunities are open to both learners and trainers in our sector. Mobilities may be short-term or long-term, take place individually or in groups, online and/or on-site, and within companies and/or training centers.
We also support the development of European cooperation projects (KA2) that promote innovation and the exchange of good educational practices across Europe.
