With ANFA’s support the European dimension is also integrated into the everyday activities of the automobile services and training professionals.

I European Social Funds (ESF) Projects
These projects benefit from ESF co-financing mostly in excess of one third of the costs.
• Study of the continuing training practices in the automobile services sector.
• Re-qualification of employees in a manufacturer's after sales network.
• Regional training actions in the areas of automobile electrics/electronics, car body repair and specific automobile management.

I Promotion of professional mobility
Professional exchanges of young people in training with a minimum duration of 3 weeks (Belgium, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden and the UK).
• Integration of the European concept in the training of young people through "Euro-classes":
- either by exchanges and specific training module during the course,
- or by participating in a training course abroad.
• Trainer exchanges, (Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, and Spain).

I Specific co-operation
• Study visits for the French Social Partners in the automobile services sector (Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Sweden and the UK).
• Informing and training of the European Social Partners (Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Spain) on the French system of vocational training: collective negotiation, financing of the vocational training…
• Participation in the organisation and holding of the international competition "The job Olympics" for automobile technology.
• Technical participation in the work of the European authorities "vocational training" committees.

I Diffusion of information
• The production of a bilingual newsletter (French and English) for the European training actors as well as the professionals in the sector.
• Organisation of conferences and training seminars.
